That is, in fact, our Food Lab! Exclusive to our 1762 Stripped outlet, the Food Lab is packed with equipment to flex your culinary muscles. Hire out the Lab for cooking classes, demos and more!

Maysaa has been taking advantage of our Food Lab and hosted her first Levantine cooking class the other week! Everyone (including our very own Suzi), was eager to add some new skills and dishes to their gastronomic repertoire.

Mayssa’s classes run from 10:30AM to 1:30PM and include instruction, food items, take-home recipe cards, and even a possible chance to try out your creations on Monty the Bus for larger groups!
