November was the real beginning of events season here in Dubai and we were happy to work with Yas Marina Circuit once again for the spectacular Abu Dhabi Grand Prix which took place over the last weekend of November.

We partnered with our good friends over at Tonique Consultancy to serve up some quality gourmet cold cuts and cheeses to pair with their classic cocktails at the Martini Aperitivo Lounge. The lounge had a great casual vibe and was open every day of the races, offering guests the chance to kick back and relax all afternoon and evening. The British press even got a special treat, with dedicated custom canapés from us being passed around for the real VIP experience.

As one of the official onboard caterers for the event, we were pleased as punch to be looking after the catering for several yachts, offering custom services for a variety of clients and their guests. Including offering easy and quick dropoff services for those looking for a no-fuss affair, we also offered up full canape pass-around service for those looking to impress.

Our favourite catering that weekend was a 3-day exclusive yacht catering for a number of guests that involved everything from a self-serve buffet lunch that transformed into a gourmet hot buffet in the evening, complete with luxurious gourmet platters and some mouth-watering sweets.
